Here at Ten Green Bottles we like to keep things fresh. In March 2019, we released a new limited edition menu which we hope customers will love just as much as our classic Poppy Rose.
The new Spring/Summer 2019 menu from our ‘Not Just A Gin Bar’ selection brings fresh, new ingredients and innovation to our cocktail creations for a fun, exciting experience for our #TGBFamily.
This menu moves away from gin, and introduces spirits like rum, tequila and Limoncello to the mix. The SS19 menu aims to bring new drinks to the table, inspired by emerging trends in London that are carefully crafted for ultimate enjoyment. Get to know the drinks here:
This Portuguese inspired cocktail is an elegant twist on the classic G&T. The Porto Blanca is a white port and tonic, featuring fruity Martin’s White Port and topped with Fevertree Indian Tonic. It is light, refreshing and garnished with a mint and lemon combination, making it perfect for a hot summers day.
Cantarito & Cantarito Rising
Are you sweet or sour? Let this tequila tipple tickle your tastebuds. Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila is added to Solerno Blood Orange for a citrus buzz, topped with San Pellegrino Grapefruit with grapefruit and lime slices. For the Cantarito Rising, a grapefruit syrup is added to balance the flavours and satisfy your sweet tooth.
Fevertree Ginger Ale tops up your Havana Club 3 year old rum, which adds a warming dryness for those of you that prefer things a little less sweet (because you’re already sweet enough, of course). Rhum Who? Also features a dash of Crème De Pêche and lime juice, and is garnished with fresh ginger and mint.
Bored of the tonic in your gin? Switch it for a different kind of fizz with the French 75, which combines Tanqueray Ten with Mumm Champagne. Timeless, sophisticated and perfect for a girls night out. This is the only drink not served in a wine glass, and is garnished with a lemon twist and sugar rim.
This zesty number takes Limoncello and Solerno Blood Orange for a fruity mix, but adds Double Dutch Basil and Pomegranate soda for an almost savoury taste. This drink is inspired by the first weeks of spring, from the flavour, to the colours in the glass as it is garnished with basil and an orange twist.
The Vespa Spritz brings Venice to Staffordshire, minus the gondolas. It combines Edinburgh Gin’s Elderflower Liqueur and adds a double measure of Aperol, topped with Prosecco and dash of cucumber bitters. It is light, sweet and fruity, finished off with a cucumber strip and sprig of mint, making it a great summer sipper.
With six cocktails to choose from you will be spoiled for choice at Ten Green Bottles, and if none of these take your fancy, there is always the trusty Poppy Rose or a selection of craft beers on offer.
